This not only takes into account all legal provisions, but furthermore all other compliance obligations that the Vaillant Group has voluntarily committed itself to.

The Vaillant Group has identified its significant environmental aspects and set targets for the continuous improvement of its environmental performance and its environmental management system on this basis.

Saving resources

For the Vaillant Group, it is a matter of course to use resources efficiently and prevent environmental damage by means of production processes that are low in waste and emissions. We involve our contractual partners in these efforts.

Sustainable products

We integrate sustainability and environmental requirements into our business processes, improve the ecological footprint of our products during their entire life cycle and increase the share of highly efficient and resource-saving products in our product portfolio.

Customer orientation

Customer and employee satisfaction are of the utmost significance for us. At the same time, all employees support the implementation of the environmental policy and the achievement of our sustainability targets. We qualify all employees to contribute to the protection of the environment and the effectiveness of the environmental management system during their daily work.

Transparent communication

We inform the public regularly and purposefully about sustainability and environmental protection at the Vaillant Group. Interested parties receive further information as needed.
