Mr. Anthony Abbott, Vice Chairman and Mr. Wilfried Peters, General Manager of their Turkey Division, both representing American York International Company together with Dr. Bülent Bulgurlu, President of Construction and Tourism Group and Melih Batılı, General Manager of DemirDöküm, both representing Koç Holding', signed "Confidence Agreement", which is directed to cooperation on the subject of System Air conditioners in Turkey (Watery equipment, household and industrial air-conditioners) on the date of 22nd October 2002.
York International, which is the biggest independent manufacturer of the world on heating, air-conditioning and cooling equipments and one of the leading companies of the sector, and DemirDöküm Companies, which are the leader of heating and natural gas application systems of Turkey, are in cooperation on the subject of system air-conditions under the frame of distribution agreement since February 2002. | |
